• See you lata' hockey playa'!
One last time, just before I move all the way to the East Coast, I would go see him. The same mystery man, the one and only guy I once fell head over heel enough to fly out many-many times to San Francisco JUST to be with him. The guy that if we were to date, I expected us to be married by now because it's been close to 7 years of "relationship". The only WHITE guy that was close to be and I would even consider to be my baby daddy...

Matta.

This time, we met up in the middle. Pismo Beach.
Such a rendevouz.

• Last day at work!
Larry,
Thank you for the whole 7 years of experiences, you sure have taught me a lot here.
I now know how and when to stand up for myself when dealing with clients/attorneys/credit card/crazy people. I learned to say no with a straight face and how to be tough. In short, the past 7 years had made me a much stronger person, thanks to you. I wish you nothing but success and more success. Let the new clients be flowing and let this year be a better year than last, and many more! :)

Susana,
Thank you for being not only a co-worker but a friend to me. A great one too. I'll forever be grateful for you. Whether/not you realize it, I also learned a whole lot from you. I may have sounded not care about "legal" matter, but I always admire your work and passion towards this field. And thank you for your patience during the training, I know how overwhelming it can be, but I also know you'll do just fine without me. And if anything, I'm only one text or email or phone call away! ;)

Best of luck to you both, stay well, and more importantly, stay in touch!

---- That's the email I sent to both before I head out -----
And here's the picture of what Larry gave me before he left earlier.

• It's not a Goodbye, it's See You Lata'!
I have the best circle of friends in LA, for sure. When people ask if I'm sad to move, my answer is always the same, I'm sad to leave my friends. They're my family. I lost many friends along the way, but these people stuck around me throughout the years, and for that I feel blessed and grateful. I'm talking about the farewell party I had last week..  It was kind of bittersweet, but we all had a blast regardless. It's not like I'm going away to a war or something :D I'm moving for a better future. They all said they're sad that I'm leaving, but happy for me. The question of the night was "Why DC?"
